COLLABORATION with VEDA STUDIO by LOURDES PEREZ:

For this trip we have as Mastermind partner the amazing Lourdes Pérez, the founder of Veda Studio (www.veda-studio.com). Lourdes' willingness to contribute to make this world a better place moved her from a successful international career in the corporate sector to the humanitarian sector. After

studying and practising with the greatest Masters in India for more than six years in the arts of yoga, meditation and self-realization, she discovered the true essence of life. Today she combines her humanitarian management roles with her work as speaker and teacher, sharing all her knowledge of eastern wisdom and modern science in her retreats and seminars around the world. It is for us a great pleasure and honour to have Lourdes coming along as an expert guide to our Himalayan Mastermind trip!

The Mastermind sessions will take place two or three times daily (morning, afternoon and evening) during our HOLY GOSAIKUNDA trek and will include various topics and practical exercises such as the power of your thoughts and emotions to shape your life; managing your energy; handling stress; quantum physics; unconditional self-love; overcoming limiting believes; healing meditations and Tibetan singning bowls concerts to name but a few!

The Holy Gosainkunda lake trek lays in the Langtang region, North of Kathmandu. It is a holy place for Hindus who believe that the holy water of the lake washes off their sins. The area fosters many glacial lakes, Gosaikunda lake being the holiest one at an altitude of 4,380m. The lake melts into the iconic Trisuli River.

The epics of Ramayana and Mahabarata – the Hindu mythology – are directly linked to the origin of Gosaikunda. It is believed that Lord Shiva nailed his holy trident into a mountain to obtain some water after having swollen some poison. Thus, numerous pilgrims do this route once in a lifetime.

The trek passes through varied landscapes and green forest ranging from subtropical to alpine environment, terraced fields, waterfalls, streams, hills and super scenic mountains view.
