5 peaks with Himalayan Alpine Mountaineering Course (HAMC)

This trip has a duration of 25 days including trekking, training and the peak climbs.

In this trip, these are the peaks that you’d climb:

– Gokiyo Ri, 5000m+
– Kala Pathar, 5000m+
– Lobuche peak, 6000m+
– Chhukung Ri, 5000m+
– Island Peak, 6000m+

You will hike up to Gokiyo Ri, Cho La pass, Kala Patthar and Everest Base Camp, which is a perfect training for the peak ascent of the other peaks, on top of being a great trek. It is also good for acclimatisation before climbing the other peaks.

The HAM Course will teach you the relevant techniques to acquire mountaineering skills and all you need to know in order to climb those peaks. The topics include: Himalayan glacier, anchorage, crevasse rescue systems, jumaring on fix line, and rope and knots. It includes how to trek in high altitude. This trip will be lead by a multi Mt EVEREST summiteer.

Food and accommodation: During trek and training the accommodation will be in lodges. All meals will be freshly cooked and served at the lodge. During the training  and peak climbing, the accommodation will be in tents at base camps or high camps of the peaks. Here, we will provided alpine-style food.

Required: You must be physically  and mentally well prepared for this trip. You must also have some technical, basic mountaineering and climbing knowledge or similar, as well as hiking experience.
