You will hike up to Gokiyo Ri, Cho La pass, Kala Patthar and Everest Base Camp, which is a perfect training for the peak ascent of the other peaks, on top of being a great trek. It is also good for acclimatisation before climbing the other peaks.

The HAM Course will teach you the relevant techniques to acquire mountaineering skills and all you need to know in order to climb those peaks. The topics include: Knots, glacier travel, prusiking , advance crampon techniques, belaying techniques, snow anchors, ice anchors, rock anchors, equalising anchors, rappelling (abseiling), crevasse rescue, avalanche awareness, planning the climb, mountain weather, camp management and how to trek in high altitude.

The climbing of the Ama Dablam is (UIAA 5a) alpine. In addition the altitude has to be taken into consideration.

Food and accommodation: During trek and training the accommodation will be in lodges. All meals will be freshly cooked and served at the lodge. During the training  and peak climbing, the accommodation will be in tents at base camps or high camps of the peaks. Here, we will provided alpine-style food.
